An introduction: Lucky Lola

I scored a 15″ MacBook Pro on my birthday recently, hence the ability to do and post my first ever video on Lola (or anything else, for that matter). Looking forward to many more collaborations with my Mr Macintosh! I am indeed a video-novice, sincerest apologies for the simple nature of this so-called video which i posted up in vimeo.

The Red & Blue Affairs

Today marked the 8th year of his birth.
We only wish for the very best for you, my darling.
For now, be my sweetheart and flash me your smile — and my heart will soar with pride.

Happy birthday, my darling son!

sitting with Lola

Lola is our 3rd baby and she is barely 2 years old — yes, not exactly what you would call a spring chicken in the feline world — she is our youngest, nevertheless. Lola is shy and anxious, but adorable and affectionate all the same.

I am like the worst worrywart whenever she steps out of the house for her much-needed walkabout. I shall train myself to be less of an annoying mother, then. Lola shall tread the world, as long she comes home to her mommy.

tea and I

Although I find the aroma of freshly brewed coffee as invigorating and effervescent in its own way, I am a tea-person who adores tea in all available form. Whilst in Paris during my recent trip, I discovered Les Comptoirs Richard Vanilla Caramel tea through absolute serependity at Musee d’Orsay cafe. My search for it in Dublin has proven fruitless but at Les Palais des Thes, I found my vanilla tea replacement.

Tea makes the world better, don’t you think?
well, I do!

say farewell, and never say good bye

speech notes

luggages to go *om nom nom*

A couple of dearest friends are leaving for greener pastures across the English Channel. A proud albeit sad moment for the rest of us. It is the end of an era to a few of us who have known the couple for 15 years.

Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And never brought to mind?
Should auld acquaintance be forgot,
And auld lang syne!

For auld lang syne, my dear,
For auld lang syne.
We’ll take a cup o’ kindness yet,
For auld lang syne.

To Wiz & Atok: Let’s not say good bye. Until the next time, instead.

Somewhere in Saint Jacques

fancy living here

Paris is a love story for me. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to return to this beautiful city earlier this month and it was as beautiful as I always remember it — the city, the architecture, the people, the language, the food — everything, really. It is where I wish to be *smile*

Oh, move me there already!

the world as i see it: hello and hi!

i love colours, food and all kind of pretty things. i love travelling, so long as stress doesn’t tag along. i love people-watching and am pretty good at sitting alone, doing pretty much nothing but day-dreaming. i wish to be artistic but i can’t paint, sing or dance — so i capture just about anything in still.

welcome to my world, where anyone, anywhere and everything is beautiful.
